Submit a Referral

TIMING

Referrals earn rewards for five (5) years from submission of this form. If the placement is after the five-year mark, the cash payout is no longer available, but we can always get together for a fancy lunch. :) We’ll notify you when the placement goes through and the celebration begins!

TERMS

Referrals must generate revenue for Yellow Bob to be paid out. Eligible candidate placements must work an average of 30 hours per week, per month. Eligible client placements must bill out a minimum of 30 hours per week, per month. Referrals must be net-new to Yellow Bob.

MONEY

Earn $200/month for the first six (6) months of the first placement, whether a direct hire or temp placement, whether a client or candidate. You receive your money after Yellow Bob is paid. You’re eligible to earn up to $1200 per placement. We’ve done some uhh, market research, and we’re fairly certain this is the best referral program in creative recruitment, ever.

PAYOUT

Your referral reward can be paid out via your choice of check or direct deposit after providing us a current W-9.
