We only represent designers we qualify through our in-depth, face-to-face interview process. When we present a candidate, you’ll get to know their superpowers, their creative process and how they collaborate. We also unlock their penchant for working with purpose-driven companies.

OUR SERVICES
Freelancers
(TEMPORARY HIRES)
WHAT IT IS — Maybe your top designer is on unexpected leave, a major new project has you temporarily short-staffed, or you need a little expertise that your team doesn’t currently possess. Temporary staffing fills your stopgap needs with the best possible short-term hires to hit the ground running. But that doesn’t mean they’re not as passionate as you about the work.
WHY CLIENTS LOVE IT — You see talent options quickly and assignments can have flexible start/end dates. We are the employer of record but you get full control over the quality of work and time spent.
COST — Each candidate is presented at their hourly bill rate and you’re only charged for the time your temp actually works. Billing is weekly and we coordinate seamlessly with your A/P team.
Retained Search
(FULL TIME HIRES)
WHAT IT IS — Different from contingent search, you retain our staff at a small up-front fee but gain our full attention on a thoughtful, targeted search. With only one retainer at a time, you are our #1 priority.
WHY CLIENTS LOVE IT — We commit dedicated time, resources and laser focus to retained searches. It takes energy, but the results speak for themselves when the right person is in the right role. Because we work hand in glove, you’ll feel almost like we’re one of your in-house recruiters.
COST — Retained searches are paid partially up front and the rest of the fee is due when you hire our candidate. Total fee is based on a percentage of your new hire’s first-year compensation.
